Applelec is proud to announce that its ECO Built Up Letters have been awarded Best Sustainable/Eco-Friendly Product of the Year at the VM & Display Awards 2025, a recognition of the company’s commitment to combining sustainability, innovation, and design excellence in retail display.
Manufactured from 100% recycled and recyclable closed-loop acrylic, and backed with Foamex containing up to 80% reclaimed post-production waste, the ECO Built Up Letters offer a practical yet visually striking solution for brands looking to reduce their environmental impact. Thoughtfully designed for ease of disassembly and full recyclability, the product supports circular design practices without compromising on quality or aesthetic appeal.
To further boost energy efficiency, Applelec integrates GENLED AgiLight’s PRO Premium 2 LED modules, featuring VersaLenz® optics and batwing beam patterns that ensure even light distribution, even in shallow sign depths. With 175 lm/W output, a 70,000-hour lifetime, and IP68-rated durability, these modules contribute to lower energy consumption and long-lasting performance across a range of applications.
